Auto Dialling a list of numbers

Good afternoon and Happy New Year to all here.

I was wondering if anyone has used Converse for auto-dialling a list of numbers. I can’t see that the functionality exists in the Help pages.

We are about to run a series of campaigns and will be working our way through spreadsheets of customers. Similar to Callbacks, I was wondering if I could somehow create a list of outgoing calls in a queue that would get presented to agents in turn.

Yes, Converse can handle auto-dialling, but it does depend on the licence you have in place. There are two main ways to do this:

  1. Fully automated – where the system dials the numbers and collects responses without an agent needing to intervene.

  2. Agent-assisted – where you create an automated outbound list that presents calls to agents one by one.
