Auto login contact centre agents


Is it possible to auto login conatct centre agents ?
For example auto login an agent on Mondays 9 to 5 ?
Or auto login an agent Weekdays, all day (24Hrs) ?

Hi, So there is no way to automate agents to login/out of the system as Agents need to be accountable for taking calls. If you logged in an Agent that was not there, there is a possibility that calls would bounce and be delayed in answering.

However, there may be another solution if you can expand on the problem/issue you are looking to solve.
