Auto suspend applications in controller

Hi All,

The controller auto suspends build and test environments “In the event of an environment not being accessed or logged into for seven days” (from the docs).

If we have a public webpage on an application, does it being opened by a client count as “accessed” from an auto suspension point of view?

Is there a way to configure the auto suspension on an application? I’ve had a poke around in the settings on the controller and the build studio and I can’t find any options.

Thanks,

Duncan

Its not possible for “you” to prevent this but you can ask Netcall to suspend this function if you wish.

Its not “per instance” though and applies to all application instances in the controller.

As to whether the public “web pages” are a sufficient trigger to prevent auto suspend of a particular instance - I have not yet managed to get an answer to that either.

I fear it might be “logins” which would mean the public pages probably wont count.
