Hi, is there a widget available that can display average handle time for all agents for the whole day ?
Hi @ian.collins welcome to the community. Short answer no there is not. Interesting thought though. Can I ask, what sort of use case would this be for rather than running a report to display this information? This would help us create a feature request.
