Banner at Top of Dashboard

Hello

We have a banner at the top of the screen (attached screenshot). I know we use to be able to update this but for the life of me I can’t find this option anymore!

Can anyone help?

If you click the cog in the top right there and select Contact Centre:

Select the Group that you wish to edit the Alert for:

Then on the left-hand side there should be the Alert option:

You should then be able to edit the Alert you want to change:

Thank you for responding, I have had a look at this but we have no alerts set up. We seem to be stuck with E-Bill

It may be from a different Group that has you marked as a Supervisor. If you follow the steps above, can you access any other Groups? Have you checked those to see if there are any other Alerts set?

Hi @smg20 I can see there is an Alert in the Training Contact Centre with a Test Alert with the words E-BILL.

If you remove that Alert, that will resolve the message.

This is alerting to all users who are marked as being an Agent of that Group, regardless of them being logged in to that Group or Not.
