Booking object issues

Hi,

I have a case object that I am trying to attach a booking object to. The problem is, I am getting this error message “Record not saved - Resource record is not available.” It had worked fine until I added a rule to generate an ICS object - I think. Please can someone give me any idea about what I could be doing wrong?

Hello There, it sounds to me like the Object that contains the THING you are trying to book, is not being found, or the record for the specific thing you are trying to book cannot be found. Do you get the same error message regardless of what you try to book? Regards - Mark P
