CallBuster - Connect

Hi,

I am having some issues with the CallBuster integration in converse.

Agents have reported getting a call back through and then nothing happens? the call does not ring or connect.

It seems to be an intermittent issue as not happening with all callbacks, I am wondering if anyone has experienced a similar issue?

Hi Patrick, sorry you are having issues with this. Could I ask that you raise this with support (support@netcall.com) and provide them with examples of the calls so they can take a look ASAP. The behaviour you describe is certainly not correct.
