Yes it can! Liberty Converse uses IMAP and SMTP protocols to integrate to Microsoft Exchange environments for the routing of emails to and from Liberty Converse. This includes Exchange 2010, 2013 and Office 365. If you have a different requirement then please just ask.

Does it also integrate with Exchange 2019?
HI Jason. To date, we haven’t tested against Exchange 2019 so I don’t know if there would be any issues. We connect over IMAP so it maybe that it would be fine but we’d need to setup some test infrastructure to be sure. Are you already using Exchange 2019 or is this a future plan?

We don’t administer the exchange servers as this is managed elsewhere but i know that we use IMAP currently, I’m making the assumption that unless the IMAP process changes it should continue to work. I’ll reach out to the team that support exchange and ask the question.
