Could Netcall please advise if Notify fields could be amended to include numeric characters in the fields; appointment location and clinic name.
We have to edit our data extract to make things work, which creates more work for us.
It may be this has been fixed in a later version (we are on an older version) but if not could it be added to the Development Team’s list of requests at all?

Hi Lousie, the default Appointment Location and Clinic Name attributes are already set to Alphanumeric so these will include Letters, numbers and spaces. Here is an example:
If there is a reason something is not importing, this should be listed in the Import History report to explain why a field is being rejected.
I understand you cannot share data but do you have an error listing why or what is causing the issue when importing into these attributes?
