Is it possible to see ‘traffic’ on the Citizen Hub/Host platform? The Controller lists ‘who has logged on’ but this seems to focus on builders etc. Is it possible to to see which Agents and how many users are accessing the citizen hub/Hosts (current and previous stats)?

Apologies for the delayed reply.
Your Agents are not registered as Users on the controller, only within your CHCentral application.
It would be possible to show a list of Users/Agents that have logged in today on CHCentral, you would just need to create a subset with last login = today and build a page to display a list, or you could simply order by the last login date attribute descending.
