We know that you are all very keen to make use of the Liberty Create Modules in the AppShare, we are currently spending some time making some minor improvements to the existing 19 modules that are available for download in the AppShare.
The new updated versions will include support for the pre-population of customer information in the form when a new case is being raised. This will help to deliver an improved consistency across all of the Modules. As part of this work we will also be introducing a number of additional modules which will increase the number available to 27.
If you have already implemented some of the modules but have yet to go live with them then we can provide you with details of how to make the changes to your existing modules to benefit from this pre-population functionality, just drop me an email and I will send you a document detailing how this can be implemented.
