Hi, does anyone know if it is possible to run an exportable report on all Agents (and other) Class of Service, on Liberty Converse?

Hi Ade. There is no report, but you can use the Directory Export/Import function to view who is assigned to what Class of Service.
Under Platform, in the Directory area, click Directory Export/Import
Tick all the Template boxes you want to export and view - then click Export Data. (You can leave this as Export as Microsoft Excel).
Open this within Excel, and you can view what Agents have what class of Service.
