Hi, Two of our operators left suddenly and I’m now trying to work out how to change the announcements to remove their voices and create new. I have full admin rights but not a lot of knowledge on this system. I can see the announcements but I cannot play or edit. This is an old version and not very intuitive. Any advice would be appreciated.
