Concurrent calls report

Is it possible to get a report from Liberty Converse on the average number of concurrent calls? If so, How? I have seen that we can report the concurrent users but I am being asked specifically about concurrent calls.

Hi Cathy. Do you mean for the whole system? If so, yes.

Under Platform, select System Performance.

Then use the drop-down list and select Inbound Line Usage.

This will show you the maximum concurrent channels in use for the day

You can select an individual day and see this by the hour.

In this example, I can see the concurrent lines per hour for today by hour.
