Is there a way of getting more detailed reports out of Connect? I want to be able to report on the quantity of interactions against each flow, however the only way I can do this is by creating a report for each flow for the period I want to report on and then download it. Ideally, I’d like to be able to pull a summary report, similar to the queue reports on Converse.

Hi @ross_mcqueen. Sadley it’s not possible at the moment, but if you raise this as an Idea the nice dev chaps can take a look and see what they can do.
