To really make continuous process improvement stick within your organisation there are a lot of different things you need to consider.
To try and make things a bit easier we’ve recently published a process template over in AppShare to help you think this through. It takes you through defining your road map, building your process maps, sharing them out to the organisation, how you communicate and really get set up for success.
You can take this process and add it to your own workspace. And when you’re ready to move from implementation to business as usual, simply update the process to reflect your new ways of working.
