Transcribe Calls On Demand
You asked, we delivered! In addition to auto-transcribing all or a portion of calls, users can now transcribe individual calls on demand. Perfect for customers who want to be selective about what they transcribe.
Smarter Email Mailbox Queuing
By popular demand you can now point multiple mailboxes to the same queue. This makes managing a mountain of mailboxes much easier and more efficient.
Data Handover from Virtual Agent to In Queue Flows
We’ve enabled data transfer from Virtual Agents to In Queue Flows—a key piece for dynamic queuing.
Busy Codes by Team
Agent Team support just got better! You can now assign Busy Codes to specific Teams, so agents only see what’s relevant to them. Cleaner, simpler, and more tailored.
Phonebook API Enhancements
Our REST API now supports searching, adding, and updating Phonebook entries. This means Virtual Agents can now look up or update contact info on the fly - super handy for dynamic workflows.
New Text Widget for Dashboards
Inspired by some of the great dashboards we’ve seen in use, we’ve added a fixed text widget to help customers build more informative dashboards. Plus, live updates now push layout/config changes instantly to all users—no refresh needed!
Natural Language Model – Language Selection
As part of our global expansion, you can now choose the language used by the NL model. This is a big step toward making Converse CX truly multilingual.
Test Webhooks for API Integrations
Building an integration? You can now test webhooks directly to ensure Converse CX can reach your service successfully. No more guesswork!
