Create Whitelisting

Do we (as builders) have any way to see why someone might be rejected by the application firewall despite seemingly matching the whitelist settings configured ?

I know the obvious answer will be they clearly aren’t then … which may well be true … but since there is no log info available makes it very hard to track down.

BTW - disabling the rules immediately grants access so this is not something else getting in the way :wink:
