Customer signature on forms

Hey! I was wondering if anyone has created a form and used additional functionality to incorporate the use of a signature pad to allow forms to by physically signed by customers? The form would be filled by an agent with the customer with them to physically sign.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi

If you use an image data type, there is a presenter called signature capture which will do this.
