Im just looking to clarify something in regards to setting up retention policies.
If “Keep call recordings for at least” is set to zero, does that mean that the call recordings will only delete if the disc space is full if its within the time frame that “Remove transcripts/ recordings after” is set? If the disc space is not full the recordings will be kept for however many days is set in “Remove transcripts/ recordings after”

To clarify, this is how the retention policies work with regards to call recordings:

The oldest call recordings will always be deleted in order to keep to the maximum retention size (i.e. to avoid the disk becoming full)

All call recordings will always be deleted after their “Remove transcripts/recordings after” retention period has expired
-
The “Keep call recordings” setting is there to protect call recordings from being deleted due to (1) by deleting unprotected call recordings instead
