Difficulty accessing Charts from Widget list

According the Help, if I click on the Chart icon (with the + symbol) at the bottom of the Widget list, then LibertyCreate will slide in a new screen in which I can create a new chart from scratch. However, if I click on the icon, all it does is to take me to the top of the current page.

I am working in v10.4. I have tried this in both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.

What am I missing?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

This has been raised as issue 13552 - We will let you know when this is resolved.

In the mean time you can add charts in Build Studio > Interface > Charts.
