I have downloaded the XML version of our directory but I can’t see any flag or marker to define ex-directory numbers. Is this something obvious that I’m missing?

Hi Gordon, you aren’t missing anything. The directory export doesn’t list what numbers are ex-directory, as this is just the data and not the settings behind the data.

HI Gordon, I looked a bit deeper, and although the Excel export does not include this, the XML does option does.
Within the export function, select ContactPortal XML and tick what you want.
This will provide you with all the data.
