The surveys can be used to provide a valuable source of feedback directly from your employees, customers, patients or service-users across all markets.
In this example, participants and questions are manually entered. Using Create’s powerful integration options, these lists could easily be imported, or populated from other sources such as other Liberty Create applications / CRM / Patient Admin solutions etc.
The surveys themselves could be triggered by events taking place in other areas of the organisation as part of ongoing Workflow integration, customers in a certain category or patients falling under certain criteria.
