I have a service where documents can be uploaded in any format and I have a document preview working fine. What I need is to be able to download the document in it’s original format but I can’t see how I can do this.
Is there some way to download a document in it’s original format rather than pdf?
Hi Cathy, what data type is the field you are saving your document files to and what formats re you expecting to be able to upload and download?

Thank you for the response. I have actually found a solution, I was holding the documents in the “wrong” place and then displaying the document in a list using the wrong object.
