Email failure reasons

Hi,

I’ve been asked a question about emails from Liberty Create that have bounced. From what I can tell there are a few different bounced failure reasons:

  • Bounced - DNS failure
  • Bounced - Mailbox full
  • Bounced - Message Bounced
  • Bounced - Message bounced (soft)
  • Bounced - Unknown user

They’re all fairly self explanatory, but is that list complete? Anyone know of any other bounce reasons that may be logged?

Adding a search filter for a message object on a page against the Bounce Code attribute will give you a complete list as follows:
