Hi, I have created a dialogue for staff to report sickness/absence and am trying to set up to receive email notification to inform when someone has called. I have tested dialogue and seems to be working but no receiving email. Any help or suggestions would be great, thanks
Hi Patrick, do you have an Email account enabled within System Integration > 3rd party details?
Also, in your Dialogue are you using a Notification Block to send the email? - is it possible to show a screen shot of your Dialogue?
Thank you for the reply, I managed to get this working now as was using email without 3rd party integration enabled.
Tested and working fine now!
