Email Notification

Hi, I have created a dialogue for staff to report sickness/absence and am trying to set up to receive email notification to inform when someone has called. I have tested dialogue and seems to be working but no receiving email. Any help or suggestions would be great, thanks :slight_smile:

Hi Patrick, do you have an Email account enabled within System Integration > 3rd party details?

Also, in your Dialogue are you using a Notification Block to send the email? - is it possible to show a screen shot of your Dialogue?

Thank you for the reply, I managed to get this working now as was using email without 3rd party integration enabled.

Tested and working fine now!
