Email's to outlook bouncing because of 25mb limit

Hi all,

I’m currently trying to find a solution to an issue involving emails to service bouncing because of our internal 25mb outlook limit. When we migrated our forms we were hoping to utilise Netcall’s larger file upload capability so we have set most uploaders to 50mb (with the many to one docs>case relationship).

It’s not been an issue with the majority of the forms so far but we’ve had a few consistent forms that are not sending submissions to service because customer has uploaded several large high quality images.

Obviously we need to review the amount of docs and max sizes we allow customers to upload for these forms but I was wondering if anyone has managed to incorporate a different work around for this issue/similar. - For example has anyone managed to included any sort of file compression or any rules to send multiple emails?
