I’ve been using survey builder for a Pre Assessment Questionnaire for NHSGGC. We have an introduction giving patients advice and what they can expect, but the Service also wanted to be able to embed links, that opened a new window for patients who wanted to view additional information to what was given.
I’ve had to add these at the moment, so they could be copied and pasted into a browser (but of a faff) or the possibility of copying the information over onto pdf format, so they can be viewed, but an embedded link would be ideal.

This is currently not possible, but a great idea.
Why dont you submit it in our Ideas Portal?

Hi James, as discussed on our call, currently Patient Hub Questionnaires does not support a Rich Text Editor which would allow you to create questionnaire introductions and closure messages with features such as bold and underline text and patient-friendly links. We would be grateful if you would create a new Idea on the Community Ideas Portal so this feature can be considered for a future release.
