Evaluation scorecards

We are using evaluations for calls currently but I’ve been asked if we can also use this to evaluate emails and messages.

I’m sure we can but they will need a different scorecard that is more relevant to the written word.

Does anybody currently do evaluations on emails and messages and what sort of thing have you got on your scorecard?

We evaluate emails via Netcall Converse in the same way we do calls. Happy to share the template if that would help.
