Hello … I’m currently looking at the General Surveys Application in Create and was wondering if anyone has used the Contact List area. I’d like to be able to create the list based on criteria rather than by adding contacts individually so was wondering if anyone has used this in that way please?
I believe building a ‘Search Criteria Engine’ would suit your needs where you could define extensive search fields to filter the contacts and then use only those resulted contacts into your surveys.
One way to achieve that would be to import a csv of contacts against a new object, let’s call it ‘Imported Contacts’. Then build an extensive Filters panel to create a list of contacts. With the press of an event-triggering button, copy those contacts against a ‘Contact List’ record. And then use that list in your survey.
