How do I report on how many forms just have email rules

We are using Netcall to host our forms and we are trying to find out which of our forms only have email output (an email sending rule). All our output rules are set off by a ‘mark form as complete’ rule or ‘mark payment complete’ rule. Other outputs we’ve set up are api calls as an example.

Has anyone managed or know how to look for this information? I can only think of a time consuming searching and comparing rules lists solution.
