How to find out which agent made an outbound called to a specific number?


I need to find out which agent called a specific number but I’m not having any luck using the reports in Converse. Appreciate it if someone could tell me where/how I can run this search. thanks.

The only info I have is the number and call duration.

Hey, You can view all inbound/outbound interactions using the Interactions report.

If the Agent made/received a call through the Libetyr Converse Contact Centre software, then it will be displayed within this report. If not, then it did not go through the software/system.

You can use the Queue Time to select the time period to search through/display, use the More option and use the Customer field (tick the box) that will then enable you to search for the phone number.
