iFrame link not recognised

I am trying to use a link as an iFrame however when inputted I get the following error message:

Not valid - link needs to start with https://

The link does start with https://

I think it is due to the character | in the URL that may be causing problems however this is required to direct to the correct page, does anyone know a work around for this other than just publishing as a link to open in new tab.

Hi Sarah
the |, or ‘pipe’, is not valid in a URL string. Try replacing it with %7C
