Hi all, Falkirk Council is about to begin our implementation of Liberty Create, Citizen Hub, IDP and RPA, and I wondered if anyone would be willing to share any test plans or testing checklists they’ve used as part of their own implementation?
We appreciate that everyones implementation will be slightly different, so we’re not expecting anything that will fit our requirements exactly. It would just be really useful to see what others have covered as a starting point and sense check, to make sure we’re not overlooking any key areas in our own testing.
Anything you’d be happy to share, even a high-level plan or checklist, would be really appreciated.
