We’re have Liberty Create/CH-Central as our CRM, and have several connected application hosts. Many of which are utilizing the OPA in some fashion (CRM uses it to pull across LLPG data, case managment apps use it for document generation etc). We only have 1 OPA instance set-up to handle our LIVE traffic, and are looking into the possibility of making it more resilient.
Are there any known issues to deploying 2, with a load balancer to direct traffic between each? Any configuration changes to the OPA would need to be duplicated across both, is there any way this can be simplified or would it require manual updates on each. Has anyone done anything similar and if so, is there anything else we should be considering before embarking on this?
