Incorrect Date Format in Downloaded/Exported xlsx files

We have added a list of Date & Time properties and Financial properties with a Text (Single Line) presenter and a Download xlsx option to the list.

Upon downloading the list data in xlsx format, the file has the Date & Financial properties in Text format, not in Date & Time and Number/Money format. We tried with CSV format with the same Text (Single Line) presenter, after downloading the list data, the downloaded file has the Date & Financial properties only in Date & Time and Number/Money format.

We should provide xlsx download option but the downloaded file should has the Date fields in Date & Time format and Financial fields in number/money format. We want to check if this is a system behavior or its core bug.

Its is similar in export files as well. For CSV Exported file dates are in Date format but for xlsx exported files dates are in Text format. So, we want to check if this is a system behavior or its core bug.

We also tried with composites (Output format as Date & Time), instead of properties in the list. But still the same. Please let us know if there is any other way to get the Date fields in Date format in the downloaded file.
