We are glad to share with you the latest update of SafeDesk that is available on AppShare right now!
Aiming to always improve your experience when using our products and listening to all the great feedback, the latest version of SafeDesk includes:
• The ability to check in and out via your meeting confirmation Email or SMS, without having to login to the App
• Newly added “Restricted Room” feature, where rooms may be designed to only be booked by certain people in the organisation
For example, assigning desks or a room to specific members of staff, these Restricted desks or rooms will not be visible to non-members and can only be viewed and booked by the assigned members of those desks or rooms.
• An improved “Who’s In” so staff can have a greater visibility of who is in the office on any given day, and where they have booked to sit
• An “About” page that details the Apps and documentation version
