Leave no message voicemail

I’m new to Liberty and was guided here by my account manager.
I’m using Liberty 4.15.3 and need to set up a voicemail box that will play a message but take no message. this is for a single user so I don’t want to use a Dialogue if I don’t have to.

Hi Gordon you can just set a mailbox to Bulletin Mode and then callers wouldnt be able to leave a message.
