Hello there. I was wondering if anyone has integrated converse and create. I am keen to understand how such integration would work in the hopes of mapping the process. I’d appreciate a discussion or demonstration of this. Thank you

We are Converse CX users and are in the middle of implementing Create. Though we have a few services live on Create I’m also keen to learn the advantages of how the integration of both systems would work.
Any further information on this would be greatly appreciated.
