Hi, could you let me know if there are any style guides available for adding company logos to the chat box? We’ve tried a couple of formats and they either don’t fit the section or look pixelated. Currently using Liberty v4.

Hi Ross,
The size of the logo is quite restrictive and needs to be a maximum of 40 pixels high by 150 pixels wide. Have you tried using an image editing application like Paint.Net to resize the source image before uploading into Liberty? Also make sure to change a white background to transparent to that the colour set within the widget theme will be shown correctly. Hope that helps.
