Liberty Converse ODBC access

Hello all,

I am pretty sure Converse does not have ODBC access, but is there any other method we can apply to extract the raw data for use in the likes of Power BI? Creating multiple Interactions reports seems too resource intensive.

Hi Daniel, you are correct, you cannot get direct access to the Liberty Converse database, but we do include a number of APIs, which you can indeed use to access data to create reports in 3rd party apps like Excel and Power BI (among many other things).
