Liberty Converse V5 has now been released and is being deployed with our early adopters. Converse V5 brings a host of new features including an all new queueing engine, integration to Liberty Connect (our new cloud messaging service) to support Web assistant and chat, Twitter and Facebook direct messaging, and 2 way SMS for customer to agent conversational transactions, as well as a host of new platform import and export options so customers can make use of Netcall’s Community free AppShare content. Liberty Converse V5 is available to all customers as an upgrade or migration for all platforms from SEMAP+, to Liberty 4, and has been designed to ensure all configuration, historic user and report data is maintained.
