Hi,
We have a PDF template that is being generated by a Rule triggered by a Case Stage being completed but the map element of the PDF isn’t generating properly. We had to create a sub page that contained the map to display the mapping in the template, and using the same map functionality outside of the template it displays the marker correctly but when in the template the marker just doesn’t appear.
Has anyone experienced anything similar or have any advice on how we might be able to get this to work please? We’re still new to Liberty Create so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
