Minimum requirements for browser based use

I note that the minimum requirements published on the log in screen do not have any restrictions for browser usage, as long it is the latest stable release. Does this apply for all versions of IOS? Long story short, a resident had an issue using a service that redirects them to an external payment provider that kept failing. They were using an iPad 3, that can only run iOS12.2 which is now several iterations old. Is this potentially the cause of the issue and do we need to clarify “minimum requirements” for the OS on tablet type devices even for browsers?

Hi RIchard, it seems, from your description, that it’s the Payment Provider that is failing as the App redirects as expected and then falls over. They should try contacting the provider and detail the error they are getting. Hopefully the Provider can advise. Regards - MP
