Monthly running total for wait times to the dashboard

Is it possible to add a monthly running total for average wait times to the supervisor dashboard, from the start of each month so we can see how we are performing?
I’ve added the average wait time for the day but can’t see how I would do this for the month?

Hi Joanne, The Dashboard will display average wait time for:

  • Live

  • Last 15 Minutes

  • Last 30 Minutes

  • Last Hour

  • Last 4 Hours

  • Today

Dashboards display information about your Contact Center so you can make decisions in real-time to help improve your services. The selection of reports available within your Converse Contact Centre will allow you to report on this information (Queue Summary Report can display per Queue/Skill). You could look at using the Report API to extract this data and build your own dashboard to display this data if this is something you want to track and display.
