Multiple email templates within a queue

Hi we have Liberty Converse and I want to set up a range of email templates for agents to select from when sending outbound emails.
I can add new templates but these don’t seem to show up within Liberty to select from. The only solution I can potentially see is to set up a new queue and then make each template the default within that queue. As I want to set up a few different templates, this will mean multiple queues.
I would prefer to have multiple templates within the same queue depending on the type of request.
Is this possible?

Hi @vchapman, when you say templates, do you mean content?

I think what you may want to use are Snippets. This will allow the Agent to select the content of the email from a pre-defined list, and they can then adjust the little bits required.

Is that more what you are looking to do?
