Are automated emails sent from Liberty Create applications encrypted out-of-box? If not, what options do we have to make them encrypted? Does Liberty Create have tools to enable this, or should we integrate something third-party (suggestions welcome) to achieve this?
We are currently on version 2023.1, but are soon upgrading to 2025.1.

If you’re looking for end-to-end encryption of the email content itself, that would typically require integration with a third-party solution. Out of the box, Liberty Create sends emails with DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) enabled, regardless of the sending domain. This means part of the email headers are hashed and encrypted using a private key but not the body of the email.
Do you know if your organisation already uses any end-to-end encryption provider?
A Google search for email encryption services would be a great way to explore what’s currently available to you if they don’t, but let us know if/when you have your chosen end-to-end encryption tool and we would be more than happy to help with details around configuring the integration .
