Hi, I am working on implementing the nest accelerator for our internal service desk. I have been asked to add a function to connect additional customer users to a case, for example a mannager raises a service request for a new phone for one of their staff. I have found some code studio functions that appear to add a link to a customer user by auto matching against a name in the notes field. However i haven’t been able to make it work. Has anyone used this accelerator and this function. If so, could I ask for some guidance?
The functions to add links to a customer user by auto matching against a name in the notes field were disabled for Nest accelerator, this and many other features were hidden in order to keep the accelerator simple and easy to navigate. I’ll look into reactivating these code studio functions and will try to suggest a path for you.
