We hope those of you that have used the new Netcall Academy have found it useful. As we continue to improve and extend it we now need to finish our transition from our old eLearning platform MyNetcall. The next step for this is to import historic data for courses and learning paths held in the old platform, and to do this we need to make Academy unavailable for a time between 8am and 9am, and 5pm to 6pm each day this week. Once this is complete, you’ll be able to see details of your historic courses or learning paths that you completed in the old MyNetcall platform in your My Page in Academy.
