Afternoon,
Is there an option in Netcall Liberty Converse, where Live captions can be enabled?
If there is no options, any advice how can 3rd party live captions can work with Netcall?

Hi Jonathan,
Apologies for not being clear.
By live captions, I mean, if you have someone who is hearing impaired and requires assistance of live captions when taking calls through netcall.
For example, teams have that functionality built in.

HI this not a feature we have but do add this to the Ideas Portal (use the Ideas tab at the top of the page). This can then be looked at from a product perspective and you will receive feedback on the outcome and others can also see this idea and upvote should they also feel this is a need.
